Being from Italian heritage I know that Italians are loud people and talk a lot; I mean that's my family in a nutshell.  I guess looking on from the outside and being from a country that takes such pride in its unity it is a very big shock to read that Italy's "unity" is almost a joke to most Italians.  The real pride in the country comes from the common love of the National Soccer team. I have never done this before but oh well.  I cannot wait to get to Venice next year.  Anyone that I have ever talked to who has gone to Italy said that they liked Venice better than anywhere else that they visited.  I love seafood and I hear there is a ton of it so I am extremely pumped.
